 Request and Guidelines Provided

• To create a one-stop portfolio management solution that helps the management team at the client’s end in tracking investments and the business health of the underlying investments

• To create and maintain a standardized excel based data collection template containing the list of metrics that would be monitored for all underlying Investments in the portfolio management tool

• To include the Fund level Investment Performance Analysis as well as to represent the variance analysis between the Forecasted and the Actual values in the Power BI dashboard to make it exhaustive

Final Deliverable and Value-add

• Developed a comprehensive and interactive Power BI dashboard that not only demonstrated the operational hierarchy at the client’s end but also enabled the user to navigate through different levels of data, starting from the GP Summary to the Fund & Asset level
• Successfully built a data pipelining process flow that fetched the data automatically from the excel template and structured it in a format that could be directly utilized as the database for the Power BI dashboard
• Shared multiple wireframe options with the client to finalize the layout of the dashboard to deliver a product that aligns best with their vision
